Installation and maintenance are the same knowledge
Most companies that lay pavers do not come back to fix them, and most companies that clean and seal pavers have never built a base. That split is why so much paver maintenance in this city treats symptoms.
A patio that has developed a dip does not need to be relaid, it needs the base under that dip corrected and the water source that caused it dealt with. Joints that keep washing out are usually telling you the edge restraint failed. A surface that will not come clean is often a sealer that was applied over a dirty surface years ago.
We do both ends, which means when we come out to look at a settled area we are reading it as the people who would have built it.
